Mull grown mussels are from Inverlussa Shellfish co.

Langoustines/Scallops/Haddock/Pollock/Skate & other fish come from - Isle of Mull Seafood

Local venison, beef, pork comes from - nearby Mull Estates via Mull Slaughterhouse.

Many of our herbs and vegetables are home-grown in our Glenforsa Kitchen Garden.
